BrainRevelocity is led by two technical co-founders whose careers span enterprise networks, software platforms, emerging technologies, and multi-system delivery.
Moti Mizrahi
Moti Mizrahi is a technology executive and turnaround CTO with more than 25 years of leadership experience, including over a decade in C-suite roles. He rebuilds engineering organizations and embeds AI into how they deliver — pairing disciplined organization design with an AI operating model that runs through engineering, product, and data.
He has led technology organizations through high-stakes transformations: rebuilding teams after major attrition, hiring dozens of engineers and leaders across functions, and shipping new data products and platform releases on aggressive timelines. He has owned AI roadmaps, security policy, and technology investment decisions, with teams that build AI agents in-house and embed them throughout delivery. As CTO he is an active participant in board meetings, and he has been part of successful acquisitions on both the buy side and the sell side.
Earlier, he built Cisco's first Advanced Services Software Delivery practice from the ground up, growing revenue from $3M to $50M in under 18 months while lifting customer satisfaction from D to A and cutting costs 28%. As CTO in online fundraising and smart-city technology, he led 40+ person organizations through cloud migrations and large-scale change, carrying P&L responsibility.
Moti is the co-founder and CEO of BrainRevelocity (2019–present), an IT and AI services firm helping organizations modernize with AI. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Uri Sevilla
Uri has more than 25 years of experience across software development and IT management. His background includes internet startups in robotics and automotive simulation, social media, and online advertising, as well as the development of network management systems later acquired by Cisco Systems. At Cisco, Uri consulted with Tier 1 telecommunications providers and large financial organizations on the design, implementation, and deployment of large-scale network management systems. He later designed and led complex platforms using big data and machine-learning methods.
